At Antone's Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl or gear is defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all pre-owned items are sold as-is but are professionally inspected for quality before shipping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack the record or equipment in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shop

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to verify the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.
