Track 17 originally released on "$100 Fine" CD reissue ( 1991 ) [K-Tel / ERA Records 10002. Track 18 originally released on "Distortions" CD reissue ( 1990 ) [K-Tel 835 2. Tracks 14 to 16, 19 and 20 previously unreleased. Tracks 1 to 13 recorded at Dove Recording Studios, Minneapolis, MN, and Warren Kendrick's Lake Street Studio, Minneapolis, MN.
